Detailed Information
The design features a sundogs-inspired style (also called a Parhelion in meteorology), with two circles in alignment with each other, yet separated by large swirls. My design is inspired by the sundogs phenomenon when two “sundogs” flank the sun with a halo-like impression. This atmospheric optical “illusion” is enough to take someone’s breath away from its beauty, and with this metal artwork, the same process is replicated using high-quality steel.
