All my work starts from a flat sheet of copper or brass, everything is hammered using planishing hammers pneumatic hammers and nylon mallets over sand bags (repoussé’). Once all the work is hammered I braze all the parts together with bronze rod and flame color or use chemicals to patina the work. After the color settles I will sand the high points and finish with a two part Lacquer to seal the piece
