Zachary was awarded the 2022 Oconomowoc Festival of the Arts – John Rawlins Scholarship. He is a recent graduate of Arrowhead High School and an incredible musician. He is described as a true student leader, not only in music programs, but also athletics, academics, and other outside activities. As a trumpet player, he was selected to play in the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra ensembles including Senior Symphony, Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonic, and many others. He was awarded the 2021 Taps for Veterans’ Bill Seaman Best Horn Award by Jazz Unlimited of Greater Milwaukee. He was part of the Varsity wrestling team in two State championships. Zachary has competed in local, regional, national, and international Irish dance competitions with Trinity Academy of Irish Dance. Zachary will attend DePaul University in Chicago to study Trumpet Performance.
