Julia was awarded the Virginia Harris Memorial Scholarship. She is a recent graduate of Oconomowoc High School with a passion for music. She will spend her summer at Boston University’s Tanglewood Institute. In the fall, Julia plans to study oboe performance at Rice University in Houston, Texas.
