Chelsie was awarded an OFA Fine Arts Scholarship. She is a recent graduate of Oconomowoc High School. Chelsie will attend the University of Wisconsin Whitewater where she will combine her passions for both art and education. As a future teacher, she will use her skill in studio art and photography to connect with her students.
